Up agains the #1 Realtor
Here it goes. I keep losing listing presentaions to the No. 1 realtor in our community. I know she goes in with the stats....sold more listings etc. I am looking for suggestions on how to overcome these...how to beat her at her home game. She has been in the community longer and a realtor longer but I know I can do better for my clients. Any suggestions as far as overcoming the MORE is BETTER argument.

Practice your listing presentation over and over again. Find people that you can practice it on and get feedback on how to improve it. Tape yourself giving it and figure out how to make it better.

Talk about how hard you will work and that the listing will be at the top of your plate vs the other realtor who has umteen listings and might not be able to give the listing enough attention.

Play off the fact that the other agent has more listings, hence less time for each client. You take on a limited amount of listings because you want to ensure each client receives individualized attention.
