Social Network Marketing:
Active Rain (http://www.ActiveRain.com) - great community of agents. They have a referral service
Facebook (http://www.Facebook.com) - We all know facebook, but use facebook as a credential/social proof that you are legitimate.
Twitter (http://www.Twitter.com) - you never know who is looking. Great to broadcast your listing and open houses.

Print Marketing:
Printing Train (http://www.theprintingtrain.com/) - 10 cent color copies
Turn-Key Flyers (http://www.TurnKeyFlyers.com) - Plug and Play Real Estate Flyer Templates.
Imprev - (http://www.Imprev.com) - a more comprehensive marketing solution for when you hit Top Producer.

Good info... If you want to try to model your website after someone that has a good one, check out Dallas homes for sale here. They seem to have a great website that is good in SEO as well.

I'm plugging my new National site. I started it Jan. 21,2010.LookRealty.com is not a social network like ActiveRain. LookRealty is where Realtors provide Buyers and Sellers Up-To-Date Market Trends and Local information including but not limited to Real Estate.

In the first 35 days we have 70+ agents. Check out San Diego County, CA . Maricopa County, AZ and UT. Cities are exclusive and the agent has 6 links to promote them.

We have placed people on Google's first page inside 24 days and in some cases 11 days.

Currently the site is free to sign up for life. Sign up link is located at the very bottom of the link. The only requirement is to put in 1 hour a month to market yourself and your city.
