Just so I can have a concept. What type of car do you usually use when bringing clients around. Also how long have you been selling real estate.

    Thanks for all the input.

I own my own firm, I'm the broker in charge and do mostly management stuff to keep the company running. I sell real estate as well but that's not my main focus. Like I said this is just from my persepective. I drive around in an 04 Crew Cab F150 Lariat, gotten nothing but compliments on the vehicle however I am selling it because of fuel mileage and replacing it with the Mercedes I mentioned earlier. I average about 3000 miles per month and average 15-17mpg in the type of driving I do, on the interstate it get's about 21 but that's only a small portion of my driving.

Thank you Richard. I am trying to get all the info I can before I embark into this business. I feel that gather the mindset of an average agent is important for me to understand what the industry holds in store for a fresh new agressive agent.

    Thanks again.

P.S. Where are you located and what's your brokerage's name?

No problem, don't take what I said as a final answer as I debated the question of the Loaded F150 vs. the Mercedes for 3 pages in this thread: *won't let me put the link but go to "Pro Talk" and look in the thread titled: Vehicle Question*

My firm's name is the "Audrey Ann Professionals" our slogan is "Your #1 Reduced Rate Realty", we do things a little differently than most. We are located in Asheville, NC. If you know anyone looking for a change in the way they do business in this area let me know
