I have been seeing quite a lot of information for realtors about joining a firm, or going solo. I am having some trouble finding good threads on investing, and small business marketing. For me, ive purchased bandit signs and will be posting them up when they arrive in the mail, i also plan on searching for vacant properties and looking through town records to find owners. What would any of you suggest as a good way to market for a new investor, get the phone ringing, and most importantly, reeling in the first deal. Thanks
