    Basically a waste of time and money.

    Yeah sure had some contacts and a few phone numbers but nothing really hot and all of them unrealistic customers, most likely rejects from real estate agencies and desesperates to find that impossible deal.

    Most lead generation programs are trash. Same as those "buy a zip code" programs. I'm starting to believe that the "sponsor this city or subdivision" stuff is trash too. If you have a good website, why not devote a section of it to a particular area if you want to rank high on those searches?
