So after going through training and everything at KW, I am more exicited about working for KW than ever. The "pyramid scheme" as yal put it is called profit sharing. For the Real Estate Agents doesn't affect your business at all. What it is, is that if you happen to know anyone that is a good real estate agent or getting into the business not recruiting them however to tell your Team Leader about them. If they happen to switch or join KW and they put down your name as their sponsor, reason you joined KW, you will have them under your name. So if your Market Center makes profit that month the Broker of the market center shares the profits with their Real Estate Agents. It's the Brokers profit not the Real Estate Agent profits. It never comes out of our pockets. How can you complain about getting a cut from the Brokers profits?

Surprised To Hear This
Have you checked out RE/MAX? I've been with RE/MAX for close to 10 years. Based on what you are looking for you might want to check them out.
Thanks--Mario
