Zipforms. Absolute best out there. They keep all of the standard forms current. They autopopulate forms with buyer/seller/listing firm/selling firm information so you don't have to retype anything. Templates for information that doesn't change (firm name/number/phone/fax/email/agent name/etc). I *hate* computing net-to-seller/buyer and zipforms computes it for me. You just plugin the numbers and zipforms does the rest. Emails docs as PDF, keeps transactions saved on their web site (or you can download them) so that you can get to the transaction from wherever you wish. Sorry, not meaning to sound like a commercial for them but I've been pleased with them for about eight years now.
