New apartment guideline

Hi,

I am a new member in your group.i have one question related to one new apartment in M.P.(India)-

I brought one land about couple of year before and now the land is in my name, now i am planning to build one 3 story apartment that will have four 2 bhk and about 10 1 bhk apartment, and later i will sell them.

So please help me to find the guideline that i have to consider before building the apartment, what are the approval and from which are the department i have to fallow for approval.

if any sites or url that will help me to find the information that is great.

Of course first thing to consider is the venue where you should build your apartment and its convenience to amenities and working area.
And a proper visibility study of the place, which include the place of the property as I mentioned, research the market, transportation etc..

First is the location. Location is the first thing that is consider by the buyer when time comes that it is for sale,location is next to the price. Ask legal counselors in your place to advice you on the building permits and any other legal documentations needed for your plan.
