Hello; I am in need of some advise here. I live in Chicago I am in the process of searching for a broker to sign up with. As I search I am being confronted with this C.A.R. fee that seems to be optional or not? That is my confusion. Do I have to pay that and if I dont, does that mean I cant work for that broker. The fee is high ($1,160) and all it entitles me is access to the mls and some updates on the market. Can any one in this area give me some feed back on this. Thanks
