Hello everyone, I was wondering if I could incorporate a company in the state of tennessee, as an affiliate broker with C21. I am joining them in the next two weeks, and want to incorporate for tax purposes. Can I be an affiliate broker and my commissions go from the Principle Broker to a S corp or l.l.c. owned by me????
