New Realtors Still Have A chance!!

Although I am new to the whole "real estate game", I am actually doing quite well. I picked up my first property 7 months ago, a 4 bedroom 2 bath Ranch Style home with a 2 car garage sitting on 2 acres. At the time I bought it, it needed some work. The house was appraised at $89,000, 3 months prior. The economy is actually is helping me with my business. I got this home for $18,000 due to foreclosure. I have approximately $10-12k invested in it so far and the appraisal I just got today shows that I will most definitely be making some nice profit on this one property. For anyone else that is new to this whole thing, I recommend doing what I did and find yourself a copy of a foreclosure/government auction list. The pricing on some of these properties are amazing!! There are several of these list that I have purchased, and the best one I have found so far is the link I have posted in my signature. This is also the one I found my "Gold Mine" in. Lol.

So this is my story of encouragement if anyone is getting frustrated. I hope it helps!!
