Default Core Capacities Testing through Real Estate Company

I was bored today, thus I decided to browse Monster.com job listings in my area for Real Estate Agents. I came across an ad with a "Core Capacities Testing" for Aspiring Agents which they describe as a good indication of your potential success in the industry. Shortly thereafter, I recieved my results notifying me that I scored in areas where only 20% of people with similar results were successful in the Real Estate Industry. My question is did anyone go through similar evaluation prior to becoming an agent, particularly with similar discouraging results? I'm surprised to say the least as previous testing through school and other avenues I have scored excellent in Verbal and Critical thinking, which I assumed were key components for Real Estate Agents? I'm still young and in my last year of college, so obviously my options are open. I'd just like to know how much of a bearing, if any, this type of testing has?

I started 32 years ago and there were no such thing as these tests, maybe unfortunately.

The fact is that real estate sales, in this market or any other, is simply hard work. All careers that are worthwhile are a lot of hard work. If you care and love your work it doesn't really seem like that much work, but you are there in the trenches all the time.
