    Talking My first interview!!

Hello everyone. I just recently passed my real estate exam and am in the process of starting a new job. I was wondering if anyone knew of some important questions that I should ask during my interview. I am compiling a list and would love some feedback. Thank you!!

Don't settle for mediocre. You want to be looking for a company that will give you lots of hands on training. If your broker will be unavailable to help you then you won't have much chance of making it.

Don't worry about how much your commission split is until you have learned how to make a living at this. Too many new agents go for the big splits which usually come from a company with no support or training and the agents flounder and go away.

Who will have you be the most successful, in the shortest period of time, while allowing you to mold the real estate sales buisness into your own "game"?
