Start now or wait?
I am about to take my real estate exam with the hopes of being licensed and associated with a broker by September.
I am having reservations because I am thinking that over the fall and winter business will slow down dramatically. Should I wait until early 2010 to start?
Or should I start now and use the slow time to learn from my mentor? She will still have some business over the winter because she is pretty established in the area.
(I am in the Northeast so weather is definitely a factor.)

In my opinion it's better to start early beside you'll learn something so it's not a waste of time. Be productive learn from your mentor.

I am not much of expert in classic housing real estate, but I can tell you one thing, when this crisis passes over you better be prepared. You always could be late, but never early. I would start now and took my time.
