    Default Real estate and mortgages

Thanks so much for your post.

Here in Minnesota, we have developed a very strong partnership with a local mortgage company. I think the best step is always looking at contacting a few agents in your area. And when a LO gets a file, be sure keep the real estate agent in the loop and get it closed on time. This really builds credibility with the realtor and allows even more confidence for the agent to send him or her more business.

With such an awesome time to be buying homes here in MN (low prices, still a faily good supply of listings for sale on the MLS here in MN), it is a great time for loan officers to be building their business as well.

    I hope this helps.
