    Default Residential vs. Commercial

I am currently studying for my brokers license and I am trying to decided between becoming a broker in residential or a broker in commercial.

Just wanted some thoughts and opinions.

    Thanks

I would suggest to go for residential because cooperatively residential requirements need more than commercial.

In Current situation hard to say which one batter residential or commercial but whatever you choose always work for small medium property.
