Default first time buyer searching for property

I am first time buyer, I am now searching for a property to buy but I am quite happy to live in rental appt too, it is actually for my business venture, I was wondering if any body could be kind enough to let me know what important information I should be seeking in order to determine a worthwhile property that is worth going for.

You should hook up with a First Time Buyer Specialist in your area.

Read my blog on First Time Home Buyers, you'll learn a TON even though we probably live in different areas. I help first timers get educated before they buy so that they know what's coming.

Interview some people who are working in the area you have interest in.

Get a few recomendations from others who have bought or know someone who has had a great experience. Talk to several people and choose 2 or 3 to interview.

Choose the one who not only knows the area is experienced in the process, but someone who you communicate well with and can get YOUR objective accomplished.

I don't understand how you can be a first time buyer without a clue as to what to do and also be a foreclosure specialist.

I still don't understand how you can be an expert and clueless. Please clarify your situation.

Research the area where you want to buy a property so you'll know what's worth your money, time, and effort, and what's not. Ask yourself if the area and that property is lucrative for your business venture.
