My name is Michael, and I am not a Realtor (but am interested in learning). I know almost nothing about Real Estate....so I come to you seeking some direction/advice.


Here is my question...


I would like to start a website that focuses on an untapped niche real estate market. Ideally, this would be a place where homeowners/selling agents would list property that have a certain feature..... and buyers who want this feature could come and browse through the listings.


As an example... let's pretend there is a lot of people out there who want a home with a Tree House in the yard.

Is it possible for me to get listings of all properties in the United States that have a Tree House..... and then advertise to attract Tree House enthusiasts (potential Buyers)...... and make a business out of it?


For instance... are there websites out there that focus solely on (for example) bringing together buyers and sellers of Equestrian Real Estate.... and do it on a National level? (meaning... a one stop website for all Equestrian Real Estate for sale in the United States)
