    Default Fancy Property Websites...

I love going and looking at those fancy property websites that some agencies/realtors have for their listings. My question here is who pays for this? And how much do they generally cost?

An example would be a site that has the street name or address of the property

I suppose it can vary, but I think it is safe to assume that the individual agent pays for the website. They can cost anywhere from $10 / month to $20,000. It just depends on how "fancy" you want it.

The reality is simple. A domain name within an existing website that costs you an additional 10 or 20 dollars to register. Point your domain name at the page in your website that contains that properties information video's pictures etc.

Many websites can have multiple domain names based on the keyword strategies that you are employing.

I would actually suggest most sites are paid for by the agency, not the individual broker. At least that's my experience.

If your agency doesn't already have a website you can contribute in, then posting your own could cost as little as $20/yr for the domain, plus your own time to make the site, or hire that out and it can cost $200-$20k like mentioned above.

That's what you call advertising my dear, there are lots of ways to advertise some may cost too pricey but there are ways to advertise for free.

Default $7,000 for a single property site?

Is $7,000 just for design on a single property website or it that a full website design that is scalable?

    Please give us more information.
