In Need of Some Advice
Hi everyone!
I'm 16 years old and have recently had an interest in real estate. There are really no schools nearby or classes I could take in high school that help me with gaining any knowledge of real estate. I'm actually intersted in the area of buying and refurbishing homes and then selling them. Do any of you have any books or resources in mind that I could use to help me?
Thanks

You should registar a web domain right now and start getting links for it. Could you imagin by the time you are 18/21 whatever your state allows you would be able to rank pretty quickly. OR You could build the site and when you start getting leads you could sell them to Realtors in your area until the time when you wanna start working them.

Regarding the domain, how will I start getting links. I mean, I can build any original website and get links to it but what can I do to make it help me in the future with real estate considering I can't invest right now.

Business classes and understanding local goverment will make your dreams a lot easier to obtain. Having a clear understanding of the dollar, the costs involved and so on will help.... a little drafting would be helpful also... just remember although Real Estate is an exciting and profitable business it is not nearly as easy as people make it out to be... by preparing yourself now.... you will go far. good luck
