Is this where the bargains houses are at and how do you get on to these house deals before the realestate barons?

You can usually find these things posted at the county court house. They usually hold the auctions at the court house too.

probate is where to find that. you can look in the legal notices of your local paper to find out who has just past away and find the phone number of the person who is in charge of the estate to find if there is any property that they want too sell.

court house and probate will check both those out the things the real estate won't tell you aye!!

I've been using a site called realquest which is published by first american. They show all pre-foreclosures, foreclosures, and even auctions coming up for many areas. It's a lot easier than going to the court house or flipping through newspapers.

Other than listings there are non-other more effective ways to do it other than to network personally with the people within the banking & investment circle. Use Twitter. You'd be surprise how valid your contacts are on that network.
