eBroker House?
Do any agents have any experience with a real estate virtual office called eBroker House? I just received an email from them and watched their demo and I am really impressed. You can really run your whole business and manage your team with this system.
I think its new becuse the copyright says 2009. I just signed up for the free 7 day trial and it seems really user friendly. Does anyone have any feedback about this virtual office. ebrokerhouse dot com is the site.

They just extended their 7 day free trial to 30 days so it will give me a lot more time to use the system for free, but so far I love it.
It allows me to work more efficiently by having all of my listings, client/contacts, offers, tasks, documents, etc in one place. i also have 2 assistants and they can use it for free as well. So we can share docs, edit info on our listings, update our tasks, etc and we dont have to be in the same place. I added tasks for my assistants from home today without having to speak to them. And then logged in from my balckberry later in the day and saw updated notes from my assistant on the task.
I also recently started doing BPOs for extra income and this system has great BPO tracking features and also tracks monies due to me for the BPOs. I hope to start listing some REO properties soon as well (I know easier said than done) and the REO management stuff looks impressive as well.
I probably sound like a commercial, but i like it a lot.

Thanks for sharing. I will check out their site, but if there's a charge it has to be very good and useful to make me want to buy.

Hey, I just wanted to update anyone following this thread. I have been using this system for about 6 or so months now and it has come a long way. The creator of the program Thomas Moore has continually added great features since i joined. I liked the system before but I love it now.
They were just featured yesterday 11/5/09 on DSnews.com. Its a great piece and Mr. Moore deserves it. I cant post a link, but if you go to the DS News website its under both the REO and Technology sections. The title of the article is: New Software Unveiled for Foreclosure Agents. Its a little deceiving because the system is really for all agents, but I guess since DS news caters to the foreclosure industry, those are the features they wanted to highlight.
Great job Thomas!

Heard good things
I have used the trial account but no more than that... Thomas Moore is an innovator though and I have heard great things about this product. I personally use REOMaestro but am thinking about having a program made special for my business...

Like other i have used the free trial in the past and i would say that they are definitely worth checking out. Unfortunately i took a break from the real estate biz for now and i'm currently getting started with insurance. I will stay updated with whats going on in the housing industry though.
