foreclosure listings without the catch
Hello,
What are the websites that list foreclosures and let you view them without needing a credit card to get into the websites. Public listings.
Thanks.

Foreclosures
The best deals are the Foreclosures that are listed with a local REALTOR. They are usually close to the bottom prices. They are better deals because you don't need to put up all cash to close. It is free to contact a local REALTOR and have them give you a list of available REO properties.

All you need to do is find an agent that specializes in foreclosures - they usually get the addresses straight from the banks. You can also find many on hud's website as well as any website that gets MLS listings since many end up there as well.

The MLS
Thanks for your post.
Find a top real estate agent in your area that can set up a search for you on the actual MLS. All of the various websites have what is called broker reciprocity. They show homes for sale, townhomes, condos, foreclosures, etc listed by all companies. However, the MLS can only be accessed by licensed realtors.
Here in Minnesota, we even need a special password as realtors to get logged in. I hope this helps!Minnesota MLS & Minneapolis MLS Search homes for sale in Minneapolis, St Paul at MN Multiple Listing Service.
