The steps I take is looking for the worst house in the best neighbor hood. Then I usually try to get them to drop the price about 10,000 for every 100,000.00.

I also build a relationship with the seller/real estate agent/ or property manager.

I have a good relationship with my bank so that helps too.

But I also look for investors and give them 10% of their money in return.

Thanks, the article was informative. I appreciate you helping me out. Is there any other methods that people use themselves?

    Thanks,

    BOSS,

Are you talking about investors buying their own property by themselves? Or Advice on how to get financing and the process from a Retail standpoint?

Also, If that banner is a piece of your marketing I would suggest you re-do it.

Too many weird color choices (including the tie, striped shirt, and picture of a house with a car in the driveway, etc.).

Try to keep your marketing clean, neat, and basic. Just a suggestion.

Top things to know in Buying a House
    1. Don't buy if you can't stay put.
    2. Start by shoring up your credit.
    3. Aim for a home you can really afford.
    4. If you can't put down the usual 20 percent, you may still qualify for a loan.
    5. Buy in a district with good schools.
    6. Get professional help.
    7. Choose carefully between points and rate.
    8. Before house hunting, get pre-approved.
    9. Do your homework before bidding.
    10. Hire a home inspector.

There are no specific steps as such as they can vary depending upon your personal requirements as such. Buy the way, I would like to thank people who have made an effort and mentioned several steps. I found the aforesaid ten steps pretty useful.
