Ever used Realist?

Hello. I'm a new realtor and I have heard 2 people already talking about Realist. It is a tax system tied into our MLS, and I was wondering what everyone else thinks about this system, and how you use it to help you in making business?

Realist is effective for pulling names of homeowners for labels and such. Before I did internet marketing I used to use it for mailings.

I don't know anything about Realist but if you want to get free lists of homeowners and labels check with your Title Co. I used Chicago here in CA and they would pull up owners list and put them on a floppy plus print labels if I wanted them. A lot of times they did them while I waited.
Bottom line get them free if possible.
