Hello All,

I did some searching and found only 2 half decent threads regarding prep materials for the California's Broker's Exam. This being the case, I am in search of a better answer. Please review below:

What, by experience or by word of mouth, has been the most successful prep. material/course/etc. in your opinion?

-I'm currently studying out of Minnie Lush's "California Real Estate Exam Guide," which has 10 Salesperson tests, and 6 Broker tests. Seems helpful, but I don't have much to compare to.
-Additionally, my friend got my a copy of Allied Business Schools' Broker Prep. This is a computer program that just has a TON of questions. Compared to Lush's book, this program will tell me what I got wrong, immediately after selecting the answer.
