Question I'm just a guy interested with real estate. Help?

    Hello,

I know nothing about real estate. Could you guys state some of the first steps?

In February I'm going to Montana to learn how to build log homes. After I learn how to do that, some point in my life I'm going to start a real estate business. So I just need to know the first steps, please.

    Thanks in advance.

In addition to what I said, I'm getting the ability to build log homes because I want to build them myself to sell. But I also want to know how to buy homes to sell.

I think you gotta learn basics and fundamentals about real estate first and then & then only we can move towards the advanced stages, that is how to buy homes and then sell them with profit.

Yeah, most likely. I'm learning every day, so it's only a matter of time. And luckily time is just an illusion .

So you want to be an agent? or builder? or land developer? or...what??

I'd like some more info about what you want your role to be in the game.

Real estate requires people skills, so if you need improvement in that area, I think now's the time to develop those skills. Also learn the basics of the business. Read a lot about real estate through books and other resources in the internet. Good luck!
