I used the Virtual Tutor System... Passed, but it wasn't that great of a product. Here is my review: http://www.examprepreviews.com/guide...l-tutor-system

For stuff that is sheer memorization, I have found that nothing works better for me than handwritten flashcards. By the time you physically write down all the keywords and definitions you will remember a large part of them.

How should I study for the brokers exam?
When I studied for my California Broker exam I bought a book that had about a thousand questions and answers. I just kept taking the test questions until I was able to get 90% of them right. Many of the the same questions were on the test.
I don't remember where I found the book or the name of it but I imagine doing a google search will help you locate a similar one.
The way it was put together was people would quiz test takers after they've taken the test as to the questions asked and then they put them in the book.
I'll look around and if I find it I'll post it.

I agree with Mike, nothing works better than flash cards for any exam. Get yourself some index cards and write the questions and answers. You will be suprised about how much you remember when you are done.

Just do a good research on the topic concern. Prepare well and take guidelines from any experienced Realtor.

I used a book from Barnes and Noble by Barron's. It was good and had a lot of the same exam questions.

Ask someone you know who can lead you to a textbook that mostly covers the topics on the exams you're taking. Do also research online, I'm sure you'll find a lot of ideas. I also agree on the flashcards idea.
