    Default writing a sales contract in pa

    Does anyone know where I could go to get help writing a sales contract for the state of Pennsylvania? Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

    Are you a real estate agent? If so, I think your broker should your first stop. If you are not a real estate agent, I suggest you get one. I am not so sure I would buy a home based on some answers in a forum.

    If it is just a basic transaction you should be able to get what you need from nupplegal.com or a similar online website.
