    Smile Dean Grasiozi Book

Has anyone out there read "Become A Real Estate Millionare" by Dean Graziosi? Just curious. To me, it sounds too good to be true. Or just a way for someone to sell books and make money. I admit fully, I could be wrong. Just wondering what other people's thoughts on this were. It sounds like if it were that easy, as the book makes it seem, EVERYONE and their brother would be doing it. Does anyone think it's worth the purchase, or should I go about this another path?

    Thanks.

If real estate investing was easy then yes, everybody and their brother would be doing it and we would all be rich sipping margaritas on the beach somewhere. As awesome as that sounds, it isn't realistic.

I read a book 3 years ago by Ron Legrand called "How to be a quick turn real estate millionaire". It was about flipping houses fast, taking over properties subject to existing financing, rehabbing them fast... turn em and burn em baby! It was easy! After I read this book I was certain that I would be a hot dog millionaire FAST!! WRONG!

I am not saying that it can't be done because many many people have made millions flipping, buying and holding, wholesaling, etc. It just is not nearly as easy as the books and courses make it sound. Becoming successful in this game takes time, hard work and perseverance.

If you want to learn investing my advice would be to join your local real estate investing association, go to meetings, meet people, listen, and find the SUCCESSFUL investors. Take them to lunch, ask them questions, offer your free labor in return for an education in real world investing.

My two cents, keep the change!
