Las Vegas is a great buyer's market!
Just wanted everyone to know that our local market here in Las Vegas and its surrounding areas is a great market for buyers right now! Our home prices are extremely low, rates are decent, and inventory is high.

The market is still dropping in value
Even though the market is still dropping, homes are beginning to sell faster and faster each month. With people buying up the inventory and the lack of new construction the supply will shrink hopefully causing prices to stabilize. The end is not here yet but you can find some GREAT deals out there right now.
