MSN near you!
MSN will make a huge impact on local real estate businesses.
First of all they do not have the Google filter.
Fairly new sites can rank fast and well.
MSN is also advertising the "near you" solution.
Like when you type in "Real Estate" and click on "near you", you will immediately see results for real estate sites run in your area.
MSN is more into featuring local businesses than Google.

MSN is providing decent traffic.
Let's face it the Google sandbox filter is starting to hurt Google. I was doing a search for some technology information an all I got was articles that were two years old. Now we all know that technology changes way to fast to be displaying two year old articles on the first couple of pages.
So then...... I went to MSN to look up and found good information.

You are absolutely correct smindsrt! Internet surfers (consumers) want good results on searches the first time and they are simply not getting it from Google and part of the problem is the

Mack, I hope that you are right...well at least partially. MSN just doesn't have the traffic that G does right now. But, we all know that can change quickly. I would love to see the search volume (people searching for things on the web) equally distributed among the "top players" whomever they are. I think that would make life a little easier and less stressful for people.

Are Consumers Migrating to MSN?
Hang in there chachi. MSN traffic on our sites have picked up dramatically in the last couple of weeks with no real movement in our rankings.
