Yes but once again IMHO, there is more spam in google than msn and yahoo combine. Like the example I have used many times. A online drug order company ranking on the first page of google for a primary real estate search phrase. Google is only about 70 % relevant compared to msn and yahoo.

I find very few complaints about Google from those that are listed in the Top 10.
Same applies with all the Search engines really.
I think it is important to pay attention to all 3 SEs.
I recently learned a valuable lesson about putting all my eggs in one basket.
A mistake I will not repeat anytime soon.

Maybe no complaints from real estate agents in the top 10 but there are several other industries that are in the top 10 that do complain, because they understand that it will only be a matter of time that top 10 in google wont matter if google doesnt change.

Google will change, but in their own good time.
They still control well over 50% of the traffic to RE sites, so I would not discount them.

Google returned horrible results for most of 2004. Many of the SERP's were dominated by sites whose only purpose was to drive Adsense revenue.
Since the algo/filter tweak in 2005, the SERP's have improved.
I am doing some analysis of my logs (many KW's and different products/services - all are top 3 results in G, MSN, and Y!) over the past 12 months, and recent trends are very, very interesting.
So far it looks like Google is losing market share over the last two months - but not all to MSN. Yahoo is also closing the gap.
However, I cannot draw any final conclusions right now. Over the past three years I have noticed that search engine traffic tends to slow down towards the end of February and then through March and April.

Agreed. Google SERPS are looking more relevant in 2005.
