All the search engines have almost same algorithm. so there is no special way to get high page rank in Bing.

MSN seems to weigh links from trasher sites a little more than Google does. For this reason it does not return a very good search result. However, Bing is changing things so we are in the trial and error phase right now.

Nealrm is true "Each search engine has its own set of priorities". That's true because each search engine has its' own algorithm, that's the reason they have different results after searching.
So you need different stradegy for every single search engine.

Sad to say but this isn't true. Search engines doesn't have the same algorithms, doesn't even come close to each other. One way to prove this is if you try to use the same keywords on different search engines, see the results, if the sites, site description and title are the same, then they have the same algo....
But they don't. It has been reported though that Bing has tried to use Google for their search results.
