Are you looking for an investor in MN only?
Why do you need good credit?
You may invest with no credit at all and/or not even with a down payment.

You Are Correct In Your Statements About No Credit Etc., However What I Am Looking For Is Credit Above 680. Lenders Have More Programs At This Level And To Use Those Programs Allows Big Profits Upfront And In The End. I Have Been In The Real Estate Business For Over 32 Years In Many Different Capacities. This Program Is Just One Investment. Minnesota Is Where I 'm Located And Therefore It Is Just Easier For Me, But I Have Worked In Other States As Well.

I'm not sure how the rest of the Twin Cities Minnesota real estate market is doing but I've seen three "for sale" signs go up and come down in my neighborhood in less than 30 days.
