I'm not a realtor. I live in Hawaii and laymen can search the MLS with sort options for "condition" here. I'm trying to help my Mom figure out selling her Mpls house, researching from HI. We need to decide what to fix and what not to. I'm finding comps on Zillow, but I need to compare the condition of recent sales to make a price difference estimation and use that for the repair budget. Is there a searchable MLS site with "condition" available to the layman?
