    Default The Minneapolis Market

    Hello.
I have been using theMLSonline.com to research my investments. I am interested in a Northside home for less then 20,000. I see I have MANY options.

I am wondering if any local agents have opinions on north Minneapolis?

I'm not afraid of poor people or racial diversity, so I don't get the whole fear factor. The arts scene is good. West Broadway is about to undergo some sprucing up. I think it would be a fine time to score a few duplexes.

    Any locals here?

I am a Home Inspector and I am in North Minneapolis quite a bit over the last 6 - 8 months. There are some real deals there. I have inspected many for some other investors and the prices they are picking these properties up for are incredible. The neighborhoods are not that bad. Keep the house looking good and it will be treated with respect. Good Luck!
