    Default MN Real Estate Market

It has been a few months since I posted any type of market update here, so I thought I would offer some quick updates.

Here in Minneapolis, Minnesota, we still remain in a strong buyer's market. However, there are less homes for sale on the MLS right now compared to last year at this time.

With interest rates still low, and overall inventory levels still high (but decreasing compared to a year ago), we are slowly moving towards a more balanced market.

Currently, there are about 26,000 properties for sale here in the 13 county area of Minneapolis and St Paul.

Overall, there is still alot of buyer and selling activity taking place. With first time home buyers, investors, and move up buyers having alot to choose from, pending sales have been increasing week by week.

Look for another update in a few months!
