low risk high income, looking it on my view to gain this the best way is to be an agent. so mostly your income will probably come from your marketing ways...for my starting a new business seems always been a high risk.

I would go to the REIA of Macomb county. There are hundreds of people who are all interested in real estate investing. Search for it on google.
