I reviewed your site. It seems pretty thorough. I like your section on "Fixer Uppers."

I don't know whether it is appropriate for me to ask you on here, but I am curious.

I live in the Detroit Metro Area. However, years ago, I lived in Kentwood. A few years less but still many years ago, I lived in Walker. I liked both places, but I'm just providing background into my curiosity.

Which areas within the GR Area seem to be growing? Are there any declining areas? Do any of those declining areas seem to have any legitimate potential for a "rebirth?"

Which areas do you enjoy selling the most? (I know...besides the ones that pay.)
