    Mark is right. Stay away from lease to own, it is usually a scam. For starters, the rent can not legally be applied to the downpayment so you will still have to come up with down payment money.

    Legally if it is in your listing contract. You can always ask, but remember, finding the buyer is only a small part of the deal.
