My advice is that if you're not experienced with the process, then you should contact a Realtor in your area to help you out. It will save you alot of frustration in the long run.

Some people try a hand at FSBO selling (FOR SALE BY OWNER) but unless you know the steps to take and are familiar with the process, it's not recommended. Further, there's a safety factor involved.
