Biography:
I am a Division Manager with a mortgage bank located in North Carolina which offers residential home financing assistance throughout much of the Southeastern United States.

Prior to joining the banking and mortgage industries in 2004, I held engineering and project management roles with General Motors and Corning Incorporated.I earned my MBA from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and my BS and MS degrees in Engineering from North Carolina State University.

I currently live in the Porters Neck area of Wilmington, North Carolina with my wife, Andrea, and our two daughters.

Construction spending increased in June 2012 to the highest level in almost three years, according to recent information from the Commerce Department.
