The process of buying Turkish real estate is fairly simple, but every country has its own laws and regulations, and Turkey is no exception.

Let’s take it that you have found your Turkish home, have agreed a price and are ready to proceed with the transaction.

Under Turkish law it is not compulsory to involve a solicitor in a property sale. But it is entirely up to you and you may wish to do so. If you do the costs may vary but you should allow perhaps £500.
