    Default auction wetlands dispute

My family home sold at auction sept 6 2006.it was purchased by a developer who signed the sales ageement , before the closing said he wanted out of the deal because he had since found wetland soils.he refused to release the 10% deposit and so now it will go to court and so much time has gone by that even if the judge rules completely in my favor i`m still losing money.i`d like an unbiased opinion.
