We are a large scale resort golf community with an umbrella realty office. We have a number of golfers that visit the site and fall in love with the property. I would like to implement a bonus fee for the golf pro if they send someone in to buy real estate. My question is, can the development company do this? Our agents are worried about the golf pros discussing real estate with someone. I have been on other projects where this wasn't an issue. All real estate transactions are still taking place through the real estate office. It is just the golf pro is often the one that builds the relationship with the customer first and seems to be the right person to do this and I would like for them to be compensated for this work. Please advise.
