    Post Cancelling a wrap-around

    Hi folks,

First, I apologize if this issue is addressed already in this Forum, but I could not find it.

I have a home which I sold through a wrap-around. Long story short, the guy lost his job and wants out. I am more than happy to allow him to do so and I would like to do it without going through a messy foreclosure. Can anyone give me advice on how to simply (and legally) cancel the agreement?

    Thanks,
    Gomez.

I have had this experience and it can be done but since my state has implemented very strict laws that would consider me practicing law without a license if I answer your question I would like to refer you to the legal forum. You can find a link to the legal forum on the right hand side of this page between two sets of google ads. Hope things work out well for you sorry I could not be of further help.
