    Default fixing the credit

Well I have a situation, my wallet was stolen a while ago and the banck is rejecting my claim because of lack of neglagence on my part. Is there anyway I can fix this? I didn't spend the money that was stolen from my account and I honestly don't know what to do. I can't afford the payments because the amount of money that was taken out of my account is way more than I can afford because I'm working part time and I'm also a student. I want to start looking 2 my future and trying to fix my credit is my fist step in order to obtain any kind of real estate. Is there any institutions recomended where they can help me get rid of this issue once and for all? Every repsond is greatfully appreciated!!

a good place to start would be to get your credit report, to find out what if any negative credit items are on the report. you can get it completely for free, once per year, from here:

    http://www.annualcreditreport.com/

you will also probably want to file a police report and then start the process of disputing any fraudulent transactions on your credit cards, bank accounts, etc... you might try getting more help from here:
