Default Need Help with Well In Massachusetts

First of all let me say hello...
I am a single mom and a recent new homeowner of a Money Pit.
I have had several problems however the most recent one is something I do not have the money to fix and not sure what I can do..

I have a dug out well that is now almost dry,,,, Seems that when I purchased the house the owner/realitor told me he never had a problem with it and he just let it sit there...

I started to have pressure problems about two weeks ago.. Had a friend of mine come over to see if it was the pump or something.. well it is and due to the fact I have about a foot of water in the well... UGH...

I found out that I have to get a new well.. I have literally not one dime to pay for this.. What Can I do.... Someone please helpme I am so ready to just give in at this point...

You might want to try and call the previous owner/Realtor and see if he is willing to help. IF the owner/Realtor did know about this issue he is obligated to disclose that to you, but that is a very hard thing to prove.

My heart goes out to you. Unfortunately, this is an horrible situation you are in. I would contact your agent and have him/her contact the sellers agent. It will be hard to prove if the seller had prior knowledge. You could also call around to some local companies that service/dig wells and find out if they have any record of service to that address to see if the seller was aware of the problem. You may be surprised at what you find.

Agents keep 100% of the commission - $445 per sale
or keep 100% of the commission - $50 for $350 a month. You choose.

I would think this problem has been solved in the 2 years since they asked the question.
