Default ex got house but my name still on it, i think she got a loan off it

Yes in my divorce my ex got the house, in the final divorce papers it say that she get's the house, that's it. It's say's nothing for me in the paper work for me to sign it over, do a quiet deed, no time fram or anything, so both of are names are still on the loan, that was late 2006, a couple of things, we don't talk, i belive she might of got some kind of loan off the house, maybe a 2 nd moratage or equity loan,

    1. can she do that with out me signing any paper work
    2. she just got remarried, we have two kids 10 & 13, say, and i don't want this to happen, something should happen to her, such as death, know does her new husband having any standing for the home, i don'nt want my kids kick to the curb of there own home,
    3. can she get some kind of loan off the house with her new husband name on it

and yes i understand the judge gave her the home, but if she did get another loan i don'nt see how that can happen with out me signing the house over to her and getting my name off the loan. and would'nt the loan copany have a say to that,
